- 2009 Change of company’s legal status into Sachtleben Bergbau GmbH & Co. KG
- 2010 Relocation of corporate headquarter from Lennestadt to Hausach
- 2015/16 Sachtleben Bergbau becomes a 100 % subsidiary of Sachtleben Minerals
- 2023 Sachtleben Bergbau celebrates its 125th anniversary. Ore has been continuously mined from the Clara mine since 1898.
